Originally you could only win the sets during the events, and some of them were available through the Daily Quests function. Sets are interesting because they perform better next to other pieces of their particular puzzle, but that means they’re getting larger and do the bonuses keep up with the space required to make them worthwhile? Depends entirely on the set. Then, there are the times that we’re trying to complete a set. Other times we need to upgrade a certain building.
